Health & Medication Support
Our team supports individuals with their prescribed health and medication routines as directed by their authorized healthcare providers. We do not diagnose or treat conditions. Instead, we follow each person’s approved care and medication plan, monitor for changes, and communicate concerns to case managers, doctors, psychiatrists, and other professionals.
