Position Summary

The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) plays a vital role in our healthcare team, providing direct patient care and support to individuals with physical, intellectual, and mental health challenges. Requirements

  • Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in good standing.
  • CPR/First Aid certification.
  • Previous experience in long-term care or home health preferred.
  • Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment.
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
  • Successful completion of a background check and drug screening.

You will work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse to ensure the physical and emotional well-being of those under our care, following individualized care plans to empower lives and maintain client dignity.

  • Assist clients with daily living activities (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Monitor and record vital signs and report changes in patient condition to supervising nurses.

  • Adhere to all healthcare safety protocols and patient confidentiality requirements.

Requirements

  • Current State CNA Certification in good standing.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • CPR/First Aid certification.

  • Reliable transportation and ability to pass a background check.
