CMA Job Summary
As a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) at Alme Health, you will play a vital role in our mission to provide compassionate, individualized care. Key Responsibilities
- Assists in providing nursing care, including medication administration and basic healthcare treatments.
- Monitors patient vital signs and reports any significant changes to the healthcare team.
- Maintains accurate and complete clinical documentation for all patient interactions.
- Supports patients with activities of daily living to ensure their physical comfort and well-being.
- Collaborates with other healthcare professionals to maintain a safe and individualized care environment.
Qualifications
- Valid State Certified Medication Aide (CMA) certification
- Current CPR and First Aid certification
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a healthcare or nursing facility setting
- Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and documentation
- Strong communication skills and compassionate bedside manner
- Ability to follow strict medical protocols and safety standards
