CMA Job Summary

As a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) at Alme Health, you will play a vital role in our mission to provide compassionate, individualized care. Key Responsibilities

  • Assists in providing nursing care, including medication administration and basic healthcare treatments.
  • Monitors patient vital signs and reports any significant changes to the healthcare team.
  • Maintains accurate and complete clinical documentation for all patient interactions.
  • Supports patients with activities of daily living to ensure their physical comfort and well-being.
  • Collaborates with other healthcare professionals to maintain a safe and individualized care environment.

Qualifications

  • Valid State Certified Medication Aide (CMA) certification
  • Current CPR and First Aid certification
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a healthcare or nursing facility setting
  • Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and documentation
  • Strong communication skills and compassionate bedside manner
  • Ability to follow strict medical protocols and safety standards
