The Certified Nurse at Alme Health is a heartbeat of our compassionate care mission. This critical role involves delivering expert medical staffing and individualized support for patients facing physical, intellectual, and mental challenges. You will exercise nursing excellence to ensure high-quality patient outcomes and empower lives within a supportive, specialized healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide direct patient care, including monitoring vital signs and administering medications.
  • Coordinate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Educate patients and their families on health management and treatment options.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and safety standards.
  • Support patients with physical, intellectual, and mental challenges with compassion and expertise.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent from an accredited institution.
  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
  • Certified Nurse (CN) certification or specialized training in complex needs care.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in specialized medical staffing or clinical environments.
  • Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
  • Excellent clinical assessment and care planning skills.
